  Bob has 26 years of construction experience covering on-site project management and operations. He is a graduate of Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Bob joined Cranshaw in 1992 and has steadily risen through the ranks to become Chief Operating Officer. He is now responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations. |

  A graduate of Northeastern University in Civil/Structural Engineering, Tony has twenty years of experience in estimating and pre-construction services. Tony has a very strong background in site development, renovation work, build-to-suit commercial work, multi-family, residential and retail projects. As a building committee member for the Town of Canton, he has supervised the design and construction of public school projects and municipal buildings. Tony and his staff provide estimating services for hard-bid, conceptual, and design-build projects of all types. |

  Jack O'Neil is a founding partner of Cranshaw Construction and has served as its treasurer since 1992. In his dual role as chairman and president, Jack is involved in a combination of strategic planning, new business development, customer relations, personnel decisions, cost accounting, and insurance and surety requirements. Jack has also been active in labor relations and union negotiations. An active member of his community, Jack has been involved in many social and civic activities. He is a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the Associated General Contractors (AGC). |

  Frank has over 28 years of experience in construction operations. He has overseen construction of high rises, structural steel, block and plank, reinforced concrete and precast structures. He has supervised the construction of commercial office, retail, residential, hotel, and hospital projects. Frank currently oversees all of Cranshaw's on site construction activities. A graduate of Northeastern University with a BS in Civil Engineering, Frank Currently resides in Westborough with his wife and three children. |
