Project : 1000 Providence Highway (WFXT-TV)
Location : Dedham, Massachusetts
Description : This 34,000 square foot rehabilitation project was very challenging for Cranshaw. The tight budget and time frame conflicted with the labor and scope of work required to transform the former textile research facility into a radio and TV studio for Fox Network's new Boston operations. Cranshaw not only brought the job in on time and under budget but also allowed for later growth.
