Description : This project involved the redevelopment of a 372,000 square foot, mixed use office and retail project at the intersection of Route 9 and Lyman Street in Westborough, Massachusetts. Retail tenants include Stop & Shop, Staples, Marshall's and a Ruby Tuesday Restaurant. The site improvements included new parking areas, landscaping, site lighting, park benches, pylon signs and off-site improvements.
