Description : The Marriott Residence Inn at Tudor Wharf is located directly on Boston Harbor and adjacent to the North Washington Street Bridge. This site affords incredible views of Boston Harbor and Downtown Boston, with extraordinary visibility and accessibility from Route 1 and Interstate 93.
The building is an eight-story, flat-plate concrete structure with a traditional brick and glass wharf design theme. The hotel will offer 60 studios, 100 one-bedroom and eight two- bedroom suites. Public spaces include a reception area, Hearth Room with Cyber Bar, a meeting room, fitness center and an indoor pool with spa. There will be one level of below-grade parking for 51 cars. An 8,000 s.f. public pier, 400 foot marina facility and a harborwalk connection will be constructed as part of the community benefits package.
Cranshaw Construction completed the hotel in May of 2003.
