Location : 9/90 Corporate Center, Framingham, Massachusetts
Description : When Staples was procuring a general contractor who could work with their architect to fast-track their 650,000 square foot world headquarters, they chose Cranshaw Construction. Cranshaw successfully selected union and non-union contractors to meet very tight budgets and difficult schedule constraints. The project has two six-story, 300,000 square foot wings connected by a 50,000 square foot, three-story link containing a data center, conference center, and a 700 seat, full service cafeteria. Staples took initial occupancy within 14 months of the start of the construction.
