Description : Located at 20 New England Business Center in Andover, Massachusetts, this was a build-to-suit project for Physical Sciences, Inc., a research and development firm. The three-story, 60,000 square foot building was designed to permit a future expansion of approximately 30,000 square feet. Tenant fit-up includes offices and substantial laboratory space. Site development of the property involved permitting and construction of extensive wetland crossings and replication. Interior laboratory work included all gases, separate environments and a three-story laser tube.
