Description : This unique building combines the historic renovation of a residential hotel built in 1905 with new construction on the site of the City of Newton’s original public library. Named by the National Council on Seniors Housing as the outstanding assisted living building in the country for 1995, the six-story, 104,000 square foot building includes 115 apartments and well appointed common areas.
