Project : Genuity, Inc.
Location : MetroNorth Corporate Center, Woburn, Massachusetts
Description : This was a fast-track project designed and built for Genuity, Inc. Phase I consisted of a five-story, 245,000 square foot office building with an adjoining 770 car garage. Occupancy was achieved in 14 months. Phase II consisted of a 210,000 square foot, five-story building, a 600 car garage and a three-story link to Phase I. Phase II was completed in February of 2001. Phase I also included a full service cafeteria.
