Description : Twenty-six Forest Street is the largest building located at Lake Williams Corporate Center. The building is three stories totaling 125,000 square feet. It consists of a structural steel and concrete structure, with brick and Arriscraft façade, ribbon windows, three-story curtainwall entrance and a two bay loading dock. The two-story lobby includes maple paneling, glass and stainless steel railings and granite tile. The building also includes two hydraulic elevators and a complete lightning protection system. The project was completed in less than ten months. Fidelity Investments occupies the entire space.
