Location : Rustcraft Road, Dedham, Massachusetts
Description : Cranshaw Construction completed a 122,000 square foot retail warehouse for Price Costco on a 17 acre site in Dedham, Massachusetts. An aggressive schedule of 100 days was achieved. Approximately $3 million of off-site highway work was also completed to allow the project to open on time. Keith Thompson, vice president of construction at Costco said, “The overall project management, supervision, “can do” attitude and attention to detail make it a pleasure to work with Cranshaw Construction.”
