Description : Lake Williams Corporate Center consists of several multi-purpose office buildings. This building is a three-story, structural steel and concrete structure with brick and Arriscraft façade, ribbon windows and three-story curtainwall entrance. The two-story lobby includes maple paneling, glass and stainless steel railings, revolving door entrance and granite tile. The building also includes two, hydraulic elevators. The project was completed in nine months, including 60,000 square feet of tenant improvements.
