Project : 150 Presidential Way Location : Woburn, Massachusetts Description : The150 Presidential Way office building is located off of I-93 just beyond the intersection of Route 128 and I-93. The five-story building is constructed on spread footings with a structural steel frame. The exterior consists of a brick veneer, strip windows and curtain walls. In order to meet the parking demands, a three-level, precast parking garage was constructed. The top three floors of the building were fit out for Lois Paul and Partners. This space consists of 116 offices, 18 conference rooms, a data center and the CyberCafé/game room. The building also has a full service café, which serves breakfast and lunch.
