Project : Ten New England Business Center
Location : River Road, Andover, Massachusetts
Description : A three-story first class office building was designed to meet the multi-tenant nature of this maturing market. This building also serves as the gateway to New England Business Center and was the first building constructed in this master planned office park. The entrance plaza includes a kinetic sculpture commissioned for the building. The lobby has an abundance of rich cherry wood paneling and granite flooring. The curved building footprint also has a terrace for outdoor dining.
