Fairhaven Residential Gardens is a residential apartment complex located on six acres just off Route 2 in Concord, Massachusetts. The colonial village-style neighborhood is comprised of 42 dwellings housed in six buildings, with 34 separate garage spaces. The buildings are constructed on spread footings, with a two- and three-story wood frame structure. The exterior façade is finished with insulated vinyl siding and pvc trim. The roofing consists of a blend of architectural asphalt shingles and copper roofing. Interior finishes consist of harwood floors, architectural millwork, upgraded wood cabinets and granite countertops. The mechanical and electrical trades were completed on a design-build basis.

The project commenced in September of 2003 and accepted its first occupants in May of 2004.
