This residential project, located at the existing Woodland Station MBTA stop on Washington Street, includes 180 residential units, featuring one, two and three bedroom townhomes and flats. Resident parking will be provided in a fully enclosed garage within the building.

The site is adjacent to Newton Wellesley Hospital, Brae Burn Country Club and Woodland Country Club. The site plan features a new main street parallel to the MBTA’s Green Line that will be lined with townhomes with attractive front yard gardens.

The recently completed MBTA parking structure was opened in March 2006, and the residential building is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2007.

							Station Landing, Medford MA (top, left) When completed, Station Landing will include 650 residential units, 100,000 s.f. of retail space, 160,000 s.f. of office space, the 1,300-car Mystic Transportation Center and a 190-room hotel. Phase I, which includes 292 residential units and 67,000 s.f. of retail space in two six--story buildings was completed in June 2006. Construction of Phase II, a 127 unit, twelve story condominium called Skyline at Station Landing, commenced in November 2005 with completion scheduled for November 2007. Arborpoint at Seven Springs, Burlington MA (bottom photo) Preliminary site work for this 331-unit residential rental community began in August 2005. Located on Wheeler Road in Burlington, the community was designed as a New England village with clusters of homes set around a central pond. Construction includes a clubhouse, fitness center, outdoor pool, bicycle path, walking trails and residences in a variety of styles. The clubhouse and first rental units were completed in the summer of 2006.
